Sherry Thibodeau
My journey into the remodeling industry began with a degree in psychology from Colorado State University, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding individual behaviors and communication styles. This knowledge has been invaluable in collaborating with homeowners to transform their remodeling dreams into stunning, personalized realities.
Over the years, I expanded my expertise by working with leading companies, including 16 years at The Home Depot, where I held various managerial and director roles. These experiences allowed me to master every aspect of remodeling, design, and construction while staying ahead of industry trends and understanding the evolving needs of homeowners.
In addition to my fieldwork, I’ve held key positions in operations management, where I developed systems to ensure projects run seamlessly—on time, within budget, and with exceptional attention to detail. This blend of hands-on expertise and strategic leadership enables me to deliver results that consistently exceed expectations.
I co-founded Advantage Remodeling to bring my years of experience, passion, and dedication directly to homeowners. Whether it’s crafting a kitchen that inspires culinary creativity or designing a bathroom that serves as a serene retreat, I’m committed to making your vision a reality.
When I’m not immersed in remodeling projects, I’m a proud wife and mom to two active teenage boys. Our family enjoys staying busy with sports, traveling, and constantly finding new ways to renovate and improve our own home. Staying current with the latest design innovations and building techniques is more than a professional priority—it’s a personal passion that fuels my creativity and commitment to excellence.

Mahssa Sabouhi
At Advantage Remodeling, our story is built on a foundation of craftsmanship, creativity, and a deep commitment to transforming dreams into reality. My journey began in my family's architecture and construction company, where I witnessed firsthand how a client's vision could evolve from sketches into beautifully crafted spaces.
With an early passion for art and design, I earned an AA in Arts & Crafts and immersed myself in national and international wood-art exhibitions. Teaching wood crafting, carving, and sculpture for nearly a decade taught me the importance of attention to detail, a skill I carried into every project I tackled.
My drive to grow led me to earn a BA and Professional Diploma in Architecture, focusing on sustainable design. I was honored to win third prize in an international competition organized by MArch GAD (Graduate Architectural Design) in 2014, which further fueled my passion for creating innovative and thoughtful designs.
In 2015, I moved to the United States to pursue new opportunities and build a brighter future. My career journey here included managing a furniture refurbishing business, working at The Home Depot where I gained invaluable customer service and project management skills, and eventually transitioned into sales and leadership roles.
Through these experiences, I saw firsthand the challenges customers face in the remodeling industry. I was determined to change the narrative and be part of a company that prioritizes integrity, transparency, and excellence in every project. This commitment inspired me to establish Advantage Remodeling with Sherry Thibodeau.
When I’m not working, I enjoy road trips, exploring nature, and spending time with my dog, Charlie—activities that fuel my creativity and passion for craftsmanship. I look forward to helping you bring your vision to life and creating something extraordinary together!
